Big Seven London Dry Gin boasts a fabulously complex balance of botanical flavour. After trialling many recipes, the final selection of seven botanicals was made – including the likes of lemongrass, chamomile, bay leaf and grapefruit peel. This will be wonderful in a G&T, but should also bring some brilliant bold character to cocktails.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
A big juniper hit on the fore, balanced with zesty grapefruit and tangy, sweet lemongrass. Gentle notes of herbal bark, floral tea and aromatic herbs balance the citrus, with a warming finish.
