Berry Bros. & Rudd appear to have an affinity for pairing delicious fruit with herbs in the name of gin, and we can certainly see why. This particular expression combines pink grapefruit with rosemary, and the fragrant herb alongside bittersweet citrus is something of a match made in heaven for a refreshing summery serve. As for the garnish, we reckon either a good wedge of pink grapefruit or a sprig of rosemary - or both!
