A more recent addition to the Beefeater range. When creating Beefeater 24, Desmond Payne knew he had to come up with something totally different for his selection of botanicals. He used tea! The 12 ingredients used are Japanese Sencha Tea, Chinese green tea and then Seville orange peel, grapefruit peel, lemon peel, juniper, coriander seed, liquorice, angelica root, almond and orris root. It is called Beefeater 24 because the botanicals are steeped in the spirit for a full 24 hours. The result is a fragrant gin with good sweetness.

Very good
If you enjoy traditional gins but want to try something that's just a tick outside of the box, this is it. The green tea is a flavorful addition (along with the grapefruit) that shines through in both a dry martini, as well as a G&T.
I loved this gin from the moment I tried it in 2011 working for s drinks wholesaler. The green tea smooths it out and the result is a really clean gin. The bottle looks amazing too
I do agree with the last review. This is a subtle smooth & elegant gin, but a bit too subtle to the point where I start to really lose the taste of the 'gin'. This is a clean & crisp, but a bit too clean. I would say it is cleaner than some vodkas. I, personally, need a bit more of individuality, something that makes it different than the rest.
The fashion these days seems to be for aggressive and almost wacky tasting gins. I am always up for trying them, and often enjoy them. Beefeater 24 doesn't go that direction at all. It is subtle, smooth, and elegant. And I think it may be my all time favorite.
