Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Juniper, cardamom a touch of syrupy honey alongside pleasant bitters influence, reminiscent of a Pink Gin cocktail. Burnt orange peel and mandarin, Ginger Nuts and vanilla sponge cake.

Palate: Thick with juniper, lime and lemon drizzle cake.

Finish: Sweet candy cane and a resurgence from the botanicals, with cardamom, coriander and mixed peels.

Overall: Mental, but it works! A reet tasty barrel aged gin.
