A batch of Bathtub Gin aged in a 50 litre oloroso cask, which also held Bruichladdich single malt Scotch whisky from Islay for a few months before the gin went in! Another single cask treat from That Boutique-y Gin Company.
Batch 8 is a limited release of 95 bottles.
Touches of clove, cardamom and vanilla with honeyed figs and the suggestion of smoke.
Spiced dates and smoky, caramelised orchard fruit.
Sweeter and quite creamy.
