Bathtub Gin - Yuzu & Cacao
Yuzu & Cacao? Yep! It's the latest flavour combo to join the Bathtub Gin range, and it's just the thing to add some extra zing to your serves. The unusual duo creates a superb balance of tangy citrus fruits with a subtle cocoa butter backdrop, nestling comfortably among the classic juniper-rich, aromatic spice of the core Bathtub botanicals. Great with tonic, and works a treat splashed in ginger beer.

Nose
Resinous zesty, piney juniper, cacao nibs, and cocoa butter develop in time once you work through bold notes of dried citrus peels and chocolate lime sweeties.
Palate
A good tart tang arrives right away from the yuzu bringing an enjoyable sourness. Fragrant citrus, oily juniper, cardamom, and anise are followed by subtle creamy whispers of vanilla, cocoa butter, and lemon curd.
Finish
Creamy, zesty key lime pie, boiled lemon sweeties, gingersnap biscuits, a dusting of cinnamon, lingering citrus, and spice.
