This edition of the multi-award-winning, cold-compounded gin is infused with the delicate flavours of rose and cardamom. It's a heavenly pairing, with the classic botanicals of the Bathtub Gin base providing a blissful backdrop to the floral bouquet and herbal warmth. This will make for a fabulously fragrant Martini or G&T, we reckon.
Oily, resinous juniper is still the star of the show, with candied lemons and a delicate note of Turkish delight.
The rose and cardamom shine, reminiscent of falooda and kulfi, while not overpowering the Bathtub Gin base.

Big fan of Bathtub original and tried this for a change, aiming to make a rosé negroni. However, it's better on its own or with a light tonic, to let the distinctive flavour shine through. Rose is the dominant note, clean and not too sweet. I struggled to discern any cardamom (if it's cardamom you want, Sacred Cardamom is my recommendation), but it's a lovely summer iteration of this quality gin.
