Bathtub Gin - Miso, Black Cardamom & Pine
A superbly savoury offering from Bathtub Gin. This one's had the intriguing addition of smoky black cardamom, pine, and miso! Now that's certainly a combination you don't see every day, let alone in a gin. But something special happens when these botanicals meet, with the award-winning, cold-compounded gin being taken to new, umami-laden heights. It goes without saying, this dry, unsweetened expression is a cracking gin for a Dirty Martini.

Nose
A bold medley of juniper, cinnamon, green cardamom, and orange peel lead, with soft smokiness and vibrant pine building.
Palate
Aromatic miso comes through and lends a savoury, gently saline note to the core Bathtub botanicals. Earthy smoke from the black cardamom ties everything together.
Finish
Very light smoke gives way to generous umami, with aromatic botanicals lingering.
Overall
A distinctly savoury, unusual, and delicious gin! Some creative cocktails to be had with this one.
