Bathtub Gin - Damson & Bay
A base of award-winning Bathtub Gin has been treated to an extra infusion of damson juice and bay tincture, for an aromatic, jammy twist on the classic Bathtub botanicals. With a silky texture and gentle sweetness, this makes a rather gourmet alternative to sloe gin, or splash in some tonic to really open things up.

Nose
Jammy damsons, zesty herbs and citrus, and soft amaretti biscuits in the background.
Palate
Rich, warming, unctuous dark fruits and berries, plus sticky Bakewell tart, with the bay nestling comfortably alongside.
Finish
Silky plum syrup and soft tannins, with winter spices lifted by citrus, and a hearty core of juniper.
Overall
A cracking neat sipper enjoyed over ice, or great in a Mulled Cup as an alternative to sloe gin.
