A tremendous team-up here, the gang at Batch Spirits collaborated with the folks at Defiance to create this herbaceous gin. Gathering botanicals that would be found in an English heritage garden, including the likes of rosemary, thyme, and carrot, the gin boasts a satisfyingly savoury, herbal profile. Fab in a classic G&T, but let's go back to that carrot for a moment – surely plenty of garnish, and cocktail inspiration right there!
Fragrant herbs open things up, with oily juniper bringing peppery warmth. Some sweet, vegetal wafts of raw carrot are there, with zesty citrus, and warming pepper poking through.
