The Batch Distillery took inspiration from the traditional Scandinavian spirit aquavit when creating this gin, hence the name Ginavit! Combining juniper with traditional aquavit botanicals such as caraway and dill, as well as fennel, anise, and citrus, this has a fabulously savoury profile – ideal if you enjoy a herbaceous G&T!
Big bold juniper mingles with notes of liquorice and fennel, herbal with hints of savoury cooking spices and seasoning, followed by a green pepper prickle on the finish.
