The fourth volume of Gin Rummy – a series of barrel aged gins from Batch. After resting in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, the gin has adopted warming notes of oak, and sweet citrus alongside a hearty core of juniper. Fab mixed with tonic, or try switching out the rum and mixing this with cola and plenty of fresh lime.
