After resting in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, the gin has adopted warming notes of oak, and sweet citrus alongside a hearty core of juniper. Fab mixed with tonic, or try switching out the rum and mixing this with cola and plenty of fresh lime.
Softly floral, with sweet orchard fruits, juniper, and anise backed by juicy sultanas and peppery oak.
