Cat's Paw Gin from Batch Distillery takes inspiration from the traditional style of Old Tom gin, which has a little added sweetness. An array of botanicals such as lemon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and honey syrup create a balance of sweetness and gentle spice – ideal if you prefer your G&Ts on the sweeter side. Historically, one could purchase a nip of Old Tom from a hole in the wall, traditionally distinguished by the figure of a black cat – the gin would pour out of the cat's paw, which is rad.
Warming clove, cardamom, liquorice, and allspice combine with Lemondrop sweets, juniper and syrupy sweet honey.
