Batch Buddha's Hand Gin
This limited edition release from Batch Spirits is an exploration of Chinese botanicals. The star botanicals in Buddha's Hand Gin are Buddha’s hand (a citrus fruit often used in Chinese medicine), Sichuan pepper, ginger, chrysanthemum and pomelo. These, balanced with juniper and coriander, make for a warming and aromatic spirit. Garnish this one in a G&T with a slice of ginger, or go all out and pair it with ginger ale!
