Taking inspiration from travels in Goa, the gin is distilled with an array of exotic fruits and spices, creating a fresh and surprising balance of sweet, spicy, and tropical character. Serve with tonic or coconut water, with a good squeeze of lime.
Bright notes of citrus and crisp juniper lead to more tropical exotic fruits. Increasingly warm on the palate with wafts of spice, balanced by a soft touch of coconut.
