Maybe shaken too, I just prefer stirred. Made an exceptional Christmas gin present (martini's made by son-in-law who is a bartender). Also tastes different / great with Fevertree light tonic. All opinions are mine, as I made everyone else drink their own gin.

I am a moon shiner, your Gin is exceptional, not as abundant flavors of Monkey 47, but better, smoother, a joy to sip, shamefully not available in the U.S., so sad. Hats off to the distiller!
