Badachro Gin

A Scottish gin produced in the hamlet of Badachro (which is where the name comes from, clearly). Produced by the team of Gordon, Vanessa and their copper pot still named Delilah, Badachro Gin features botanicals along the lines of juniper, rose hip petals, lavender, gorse blossom, elderflower, coriander and wild myrtle (among others).

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Decisively a floral gin with herbaceous undertones. Fresh blossom notes waft through, with lavender and iris developing along the way. Peppery juniper and thyme play supporting roles.

Reviews for Badachro Gin
Cracking modern London Dry
Really impressive London Dry gin from the Highlands. Bit of citrus, bit of spice, little floral notes, but overall very well rounded juniper forward gin. Great G&T and actually stands up in a Negroni too.

Delicious
Love this gin, smooth, subtle and aromatic, really reminded me of the beautiful Scottish Highlands - will definitely visit their little distillery as soon as possible. Can’t wait to try their other spirits.

This was really disappointing! The whole taste was overpowered by the waft of sulphur which was actually quite repellent. Not one to be recommended I am sorry to say!

Gin is okay but owner was obnoxious
Tried this gin at an event last year. It was okay but not worth the price. Chatted with the owner for a while and he was very obnoxious. Put me off buying and will never try again. Work on your people skills!

Simply delicious gin - super-smooth with depth and complexity
What a stunning gin. Really smooth, leading with juniper and myrtle, followed by a light spice & subtle sweetness and ending with a hint of citrus and possibly lavender. Punches well above it's weight and made in a stunning beautifulplace

Super smooth, quite full bodied and utterly delicious
This is a super smooth, full bodied gin with a very clear, clean floral focus. The wild myrtle gives it an authentically Highland taste and it’s clearly made with fresh, natural botanicals.
