
This adventurous gin from Atlas is inspired by the traditional Japanese spice blend, Shichi-mi togarashi. Botanicals include Sichuan pepper, red chilli, nori seaweed, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, ginger, orange peel, and green tea, resulting in a satisfyingly savoury, gently peppery sipper. Should work rather well in a good Red Snapper cocktail!
Vegetal herbs and earthy tea open things up, bold juniper rests at the core, with pangs of zesty lemon and prickly ginger, leading to peppery chilli heat on the finish.
