SEVENTY ONE Gin

A decadent cask-aged gin from famed Turkish fashion photographer Mert Alas. SEVENTY ONE Gin takes inspiration from the world of perfumers, individually distilling botanicals and blending them back together for a fragrant and balanced composition. The botanicals featured here include the ephemeral Queen of the Night cactus flowers, which bloom at night and wilt by dawn, as well as rose petals and grapefruit peel, alongside classic gin botanicals. The gin is then rested in oak casks for 71 nights, bringing waves of vanilla softness. This would do well simply sipped neat, or will stand out in a Golden Martini.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Rich, complex, and aromatic with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, tonka bean, and dark chocolate.

More than happy
Worth the higher price, drinking this gin on the rocks is unlike anything I have tried before. Fantastic and looks great on my bar at home. Will need to order a new bottle soon. Great service via Masters of Malt also.

Unique
Just have on ice, no tonic. I can sit and sip all night - so complex but has a real freshness too
