Description

Antica Distilleria Quaglia have taken their Gin Bèrto and allowed it to mature in casks made from juniper wood! It's like that internet joke about liking juniper so much that they put juniper inside juniper so you can enjoy juniper while also enjoying juniper. Or something like that.

Nose

Pine resin and fresh rose, with underlying juicy citrus.

Palate

Interesting vanilla sweetness on the palate - almost cookie dough-like! Softly warming hints of charred oak.

Finish

Fresh heather and coriander.
