Following double distillation, an array of botanicals are then cold infused before generous helpings of lemon skins and lemongrass are allowed to macerate. A top choice if you're looking to add some zesty character to your next G&T, should go rather well in a Raspberry Collins too.

Overall

Zesty lemon peels, sweeter notes of Lemon Drops with delicate juniper and citrus blossom. Peppery warmth grows on the finish countered by yet more zest and aromatic lemongrass.
