Distilled from locally grown sugar cane in the Dominican Republic, the distillery produces its own energy by burning sugar cane biomass, and CO2 is captured during fermentation for use in local carbonated drinks. This gin makes its journey across the Atlantic via an old wind-powered sailing trip, keeping its carbon footprint low, and adding to its charming story.
Zesty waves of lemon and pink grapefruit, tropical passion fruit, a sweetly herbaceous touch of cane, and crisp juniper at the core.
