This delightful gin from the folks at Agnes Arber is made with a host of botanicals, including the likes of grapefruit, iris, liquorice, angelica, and cassia – to name just a few! After distillation, the gin is allowed to infuse with the tangy juice of rhubarb imparting a delicate balance of sweet and tart character, alongside a delicate pink hue. Superb for some refreshing serves in sunny weather!
