The folks at Afterthought Spirits have bottled up a 70cl edition of its Pink Gin! After the gin is distilled with traditional botanicals, it's infused with fresh strawberries imparting a wonderful blushing pink hue. We reckon a splash of tonic and a handful of fresh basil ought to work rather well with this one.
Subtly spiced, with hints of anise, citrus and juniper alongside bursts of fresh strawberry fruitiness.
