This cracking gin from Adnams is distilled in a beer stripping column before being put through a handmade copper pot still. It is then purified in a rectifier, resulting in a very creamy and rich spirit, although at this point it isn’t yet technically a gin! To complete the final stage, it is then infused with six botanicals including juniper, cardamom pod, sweet orange and hibiscus flowers. Adnams Copper House Gin is perfect for a Dirty Martini.
Sweet, floral nose with hints of barley, juniper berry and citrus.
Zesty, sweet palate with barley, vanilla, hints of cardamom and fresh flowers.
Soft, floral finish.

Have to say I've tried many gins and this is absolutely beautiful! The citrus after taste is very refreshing. Shall be getting another bottle very soon as I don't think this one will last long hic!!
Not keen on gin but like this
Very nice gin, bought as a present at Xmas, it didn't last until New Year!
One of the best, if not the best Gins I have ever tasted, and I have tasted many. The adage, less is more is true about this Gin. You can taste the botanicals, the blended taste of Juniper sweet, orange and hibiscus is truly superb. Is it the beer stripping column or the copper pot. Whatever it is it is a wonderful taste. My late Father loved Admans beer, infact I never fail to raise my glass to Dad and thank him for the introduction to Adnams, and he was and is a great man from Norfolk.
Tried this for the first time in my local pub last night. Landlord is an Adnams fan and what a wonderful gin this is. perfumed but not over powering. I have ordered 2 bottles based on last night, and yes I was sober at the start of the evening, less so by the end!
