Another fantastic batch of single cask Bathtub Gin bottled by That Boutique-y Gin Company, this time aged in a cask that previously held rich, sticky Pedro Ximénez sherry!
Batch 7 is a limited release of 99 bottles.
Rich PX goodness, clove, gingerbread, anise (Liquorice Allsorts spogs), black cherries and juniper.
A fruity explosion, both orchard fruit and dark dried notes, with touches of pepper and spices. Really quite drinkable like a rich Pink Gin cocktail.
Lingering layers of subtle fruits.
