7d is named after the fact that the spirit is distilled a total of seven times, with the botanicals macerated in five-times distilled spirit before a further double distillation. The herbal Mediterranean botanical selection includes juniper, Bitter orange, green mint, thyme, peppermint, cinnamon, lavender, lemon, mandarin, camomile, and coriander. Makes a fine G&T.
