The Fifty Eight Gin Distillery has teamed up with esteemed drinks writer Ian Buxton (author of 101 Gins to Try Before You Die and 101 Whiskies to Try Before You Die) to create CitroLondon Dry Gin! Should you go exploring London, you might just happen upon some citron fruit, an ancient citrus that still grows within the city. The team took this citrus back to their distillery under a railway bridge in Hackney Downs and used it to create this cracking London dry gin.
