Produced on the breathtaking Isle of Skye, this tremendous gin boasts a brilliant balance of botanicals to reflect these wild surroundings. Earthen juniper brings a peppery warmth with soft wafts of coastal salinity to balance. Great mixed with tonic, garnished with fresh herbs.

I've had it in cocktails, I've had it neat, and every time it's been shockingly enjoyable. In a hanky panky or espresso martini is probably my favourite way to have it so far (depends on time of day and whether I want the coffee) but it is *genuinely* enjoyable neat, which only very few gins are for me. Love the citrus notes, perfectly balanced and bang on
