A deliciously aromatic gin here from the 1881 Distillery in Peebles, featuring the likes of cumin, cardamom, makrut lime leaf, and more. This ought to do wonderfully with ginger ale and lime, though of course a G&T would also be spectacular with this spirit at its heart.
