1881 Pavilion Pink Hydro Gin
A pink expression from the 1881 range, produced at former hotel Peebles Hydro! This one was inspired by the hotel’s former tennis pavilion on the front lawn, and the star botanicals here are wild Scottish red berries and hibiscus. A spring of fresh mint and splash of tonic will make for one summery tipple.
