A deliciously tangy Blackberry Fruit Wine here from Lyme Bay Winery, boasting oodles of bright berry notes and a few aromatic leafy hints. Ought to do very well paired with a chocolatey pudding we reckon, or perhaps a summer berry tart. Or maybe there is a way to combine the two, and then serve it alongside this fruit wine... Someone get my trademark lawyer on the phone!
Juicy blackcurrant and blueberry, with a splash of raspberry zestiness.
I initially purchased this wine at an English Heritage gift shop, and after quickly polishing it off I had to find the winery. It's light and sweet, and very fruity. I highly recommend trying it! I've also purchased their Damson wine, which is just as nice, as well as their Elderberry, which I am yet to try but looking forward to!
