From Frederiksdal Kirsebaer comes a cherry wine that was inspired by the way French wines in the Champagne region is made. Sur Lie is allowed to rest on its lees (or residual yeast particles, if you want to get technical), which helps to bring out further richness from the wine. As such, this is a rather luxurious expression, packed full of cherry notes.
Raisin, prune, vanilla, a touch of rye spice. Wonderfully creamy.
