Description
Based on Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a delicious dessert wine from Cantine del Cardinale. Cherries are added to barrels of grape must prior to fermentation, and the result is then left to age in wine barrels for 6 months before bottling. The result is a very fruity, rich wine.
