This wine was made using ginger by Broadland in Norfolk and goes great with a selection of British cheeses or chocolate.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Ground ginger on the nose leads to notes of honeyed stem ginge ron the palate. The finish is softer with notes of mead and grated citrus zest.
