Strawbar Platinum 50cl

This edition of Strawbar eau de vie, which is made with single-origin strawberries grown in Greece, has been triple distilled and bottled at a bumped-up ABV of 45%. The result is enjoyably vibrant and subtly zesty with fresh fruit notes. Ought to do very well in summery cocktails. Maybe something to do with strawberries and cream for Wimbledon...
