Softly sweet, with authentic strawberry brightness. A touch of smoke, and aromatic leafy notes develop later on for a drying finish.
Incredible intense flavour! True strawberry, not to be mistaken for a liqueur but fantastic to use in cocktails as the base spirit or a modifier.
Unlike anything I've tried, very perfumed notes of strawberry oils and then a classic eau de vie palate with lots of extraction and texture. Best served long!
