This Williams pear eau de vie from the Reisetbauer Distillery in Austria was produced originally for the Ski-Club Alberg (hence why the club's logo appears on the label). A crisp, delicately flavoured spirit, showing off the brilliance of the pear.
Plenty of fresh pear notes here, with balancing hints of earthy pear skin.
