An intriguing eau de vie from Austria's Reisetbauer, made with... Carrots! It takes 35 kilograms of carrots to make one litre of this spirit, and the carrots are given a double distillation to achieve the crisp, subtly sweet yet still vegetal flavour profile. We'd be very interested in seeing what sort of cocktails you can come up with using this!
