Behold, the third release in Pierre Ferrand's Renegade Barrel, which sees its eau de vie du vin finished in some rather interesting casks. This time, it was given a finishing period in casks that previously held Jamaican rum for a year before bottling. As you can imagine, this has helped bolster the fruity notes of the spirit, along with the vibrant spices too...
