This well-crafted eau-de-vie is produced by distilling and fermenting small red Williams pears which have been grown exclusively in the Briançon region in the Hautes-Alpes and southern Tirol. The Nusbaumer Distillery is well-known for its distillates and is located in Alsace with a reputation for its care and attention taken when harvesting and its incredibly methodical fruit selection resulting in a fine, fragrant and unforgettably powerful set of eau-de-vie variants that are both as impressive as they are versatile.
