A clean, rich, and beautifully sweet eau-de-vie made from locally grown apricots that were deemed not suitable for supermarkets. This sustainable spirit was made by our neighbours at Greensand Ridge and bottled at 43% ABV. You can drink this spirit neat and cold but also enjoy it in cocktails such as the classic French 75, a Sour, a Collins, or a Martini.
Clean, naturally sweet, and fruity with crisp notes of apricot.
