Another superb eau de vie from Italy's Capovilla, this one here has been distilled from organic damsons sourced from local hillside vineyards. Lots of dark fruits to be found in this one. Each eaux de vie from the distillery is topped with a wax stopper, with the colour of the wax reflecting the colour of the fruit within!
