Capovilla Distillato di Uva Isabella
Distillati Capovilla's Distillato di Uva Isabella is made from Isabella grapes, usually used in the production of Fragolino sparkling wine. As with other expressions from the Italian distilling maestros, this is made using a bain-marie, and it spends plenty of time resting in steel tanks before bottling.
