Description

Following on from its Hampden Angels expression, Christian Drouin has gone and got its hands on some whisky casks from Japanese whisky producer Mars to mature its eau de vie de cidre. Fascinating stuff, perfect for anyone which an affinity for apple-based spirits...

Overall

Fragrant with citrus blossom and perfumed oak, with a hint of malty, hoppy brightness slowly developing. Soon enough, hints of cooked apple and baking spices appear.
