Ramo de Rosas is an artisanal mezcal brand from Oaxaca, Mexico, established in 1950. Their mezcals are crafted using traditional methods, including the unique "Capón" technique, which involves extra maturation of the agave plant. This process, combined with natural fermentation and slow distillation, results in mezcals with over 30 tasting notes. The brand honours its heritage by throwing a bouquet of roses into the fire during production, dedicated to the Virgin of the Rosary. Ramo de Rosas offers various mezcal types, including an Espadín, Tobala, and Cuixe made after the agave varieties they’re crafted from.
