The folks behind the awesome Carlisle Gin have created a fruit-forward variation of their gin - behind, a Raspberry & Passion Fruit expression! It's infused with the star fruits, taking on a blushing pink hue. Pair with tonic and a handful of raspberries for a fab and fruity serve.

The city of Carlisle has long been without its own gin, though this bottle here is on its way to changing that. The gin was originally created in order to kickstart the process of building a distillery, which the folks at the now-established Cumbria Distilling Co could consider a smashing success. C
