Aduro Distillery makes top gins in an old Italian grappa distillery in the mountains. They have nine generations of skill and use only natural ingredients. The distillery uses the "bagnomaria" (au bain-marie) process. They choose only the best organic botanicals from certified farms.
Botanical Care
Aduro Gin's quality starts with growing fine grains, juniper berries, and herbs. They pick wild juniper berries from Italy, lavender from France, elderflower from Serbia, rose petals from Iran, and mandarins from Sicily.
ADURO Gins
Aduro mixes Belgian creativity with Italian skill. It offers five unique organic gins. Founders Ruben De Ruyck and Edward Vanhoutte found a North Italian grappa distillery run by the same family for nine generations. Here, they make Aduro gins with 23 organic botanicals using a Belgian recipe. The gins have five citrus fruits, like lime and mandarin from Sicily. You can also smell rose, lavender, elderflower, and chamomile. Herbs like mugwort and spices like ginger and cardamom give these gins a Mediterranean feel. Each gin is unique, and pure Dolomites water adds a crisp touch.
ADURO Superior Gin
The Superior Gin is the main product in the Aduro range. It's a fresh-floral spirit with a complex, soft taste. It has a strong Mediterranean feel with lavender, Sicilian citrus, and mandarin. It balances well with juniper.
For two days, they slowly warm the still. Then, they mix 23 organic botanicals in pure grain alcohol. This includes citrus fruits, rose, lavender, elderflower, orange blossom, and chamomile. Herbs like mugwort and spices like ginger and cardamom create a strong Mediterranean taste.
Aduro Pink Passion
This is a fruity, floral gin finished with Brazilian passion fruit. It's the newest in the Aduro gin series. They add Brazilian passion fruit to 23 organic botanicals. This makes a fresh, sweet-floral gin. The fruitiness works well with the citrus and spice of the base distillate. They don't use sweeteners, keeping the gin at 40% alcohol.
Aduro Devil's Tail Gin
The Devil's Tail Gin is a spicy gin finished with the world's hottest pepper, the Carolina Reaper. With a Scoville score of 1.57 million, the pepper adds heat to the gin's floral taste.
Aduro Bell Pepper Gin
The Bell Pepper Gin is savoury and floral. It's finished with young green bell pepper. It has a soft and complex taste with a strong green pepper note. This makes a fresh, vegetable-like taste in the mouth.
Aduro Navy Strength Gin
This is a strong gin with 60.3% alcohol. Despite the high alcohol, it has subtle aromas of lavender, chamomile, ginger, and mandarin. Enjoy it pure or with tonic.
Awards
Aduro focuses on passion, not awards. Yet, it has won many international prizes. These include double gold at the SIP Awards in Los Angeles, first place and gold in Berlin, a silver medal in London, and a 95/100 from tastings.com. Aduro is an extraordinary gin!
