Bloody Bens began life behind the bar at Ben's Canteen, a much-loved neighbourhood spot in south-west London that built its reputation on brunch. The Bloody Mary there was the one people came back for, and after years of regulars asking whether they could take the herb-and-spice mix home with them.

The answer finally arrived in bottles! The idea here is that most Bloody Marys are disappointing, and the ones worth drinking need a cupboard's worth of ingredients you almost certainly don't own.

This fixes both problems in one bottle. All the herby, spiced backbone of a properly built Bloody Mary, ready when you are.

Simply add 25ml of this mix to a combo of vodka and tomato juice (or mix out the vodka for gin or Tequila!) to add herbaceous, spicy depth. This bottle contains enough to make 12 serves.
