Description

A marvellous single cask expression from the experts at Maison Ferrand! Produced from the 2010 harvest of Ugni Blanc grapes, this Grande Champagne Cognac was matured for a decade, first in an ex-Cognac barrel, before spending its final year resting in an ex-Pauillac wine cask. Layers of complex, dense fruits and leathery tannic oak make this a superbly satisfying sipper.

Overall

A medley of white grape peels and vinous red berry depth, with fragrant tobacco and toasted spice leading to honeyed figs, sultanas, and a touch of dried citrus.
